YesterdayI had increasing numbers of missed beats during the day. In particular when doing things it appeared to increase the number of missed beats including eating or drinking. I went to A&E on recommendation of my GP and they decided after many hours to keep me in and plan to do a 24hr monitor today but not clear if in or out patient. More of a concern in some ways is that I've had maybe 3 episodes of chest discomfort which I cant rule out was angina... that concerns me.

Back in hospital, ectopic beats and chest discomfort.
hello, i am sorry to hear that, the monitoring should also be able to ascertain whether or not its angina too. i hope whatever it is clears soon and you are allowed home
Hope so.. I've been home 5 days after 17 in hospital... I'd hoped I'd seen that back of these places
Indeed.. the beds are like rock and the food isn't great. Although some meals were better than others.
Hi there, any news? Hopefully discharged
Lol that made me think of the hospital food I got in the Rah in paisley, scotch pies with beans and chips, fish also with chips, in fact I think most things came with chips followed by a stodgy pudding, very healthy for a cardiac ward!! X
Still in hospital, cardiologist here thinks pain may be Pericarditis I.e. Inflammation. I've been on a 24hr cardiac recorder since yesterday afternoon. had plenty of irregular heart beats etc... so they should have something to work with.
