Travel Insurance

Looking for some advice on value for money travel insurance, with a known condition. I had a heart attack 10 years ago, and wondered if the insurance companies would consider reductions, similar to no-claims discounts for motor insurance. It seems that a high premium is requested, irrespective of how recent the event was.
