Having issues with Travel Insurance - anyone recommend a sympathetic Insurance Company?

Hi I used the company, insure with. com, they are a specialist for anyone with a medical condition, I got an annual policy for £112 with no excess, it's only for Europe, but a lot better than some I looked at

Search for J D Travel on internet, part of Gill Noble Group. I've used them for 4 years for European cover with winter sports, been very good. I have also used Gill Noble for motor insurance and they have been very good. However, my renewal arrived yesterday with a 45% increase! No idea why such an increase, no change in circumstances, no accidents etc. looks like I'll have to look elsewhere.
