About two years ago, I collapsed at work, and was subsequently found to have Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. I have also suffered from Astma since around 2000
For the asthma I use a Fostair inhaler twice a day, and have the usual Sabutimol for those 'as required' moments...which seem to be getting more frequent...
The heart issue is still on a 6 monthly or so trip to see the Cardiologist, although I had a Reveal fitted about 12 months ago. To be honest, apart from the odd pain in the chest/left side/left arm pins and needles, it doesn't really seem to cause me any issues at present...

Hi there - thanks for sharing your story on our new community. Hope you're finding everything you need. Although hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is fairly rare, it looks like we have another new member here who's also affected (shel1952 ) so feel free to compare notes!
