Imraldi started Jan 23

Was diagnosed with PSA in Sept 21(previously just arthritis) have been on Sulfasalazine since December 20, Methotrexate tablets from Sept 21 which were changed to metoject in April 22 because of side effects and not really helping! Metoject sent my LFTs sky rocketing to 152 them 196 and they wanted me to try it again after coming off to allow it to normalise .... I refused! Have been on Imraldi since Jan 23 but not really seeing any benefits or pain relief! Anyone had any benefits from Imraldi?

Hi there, I had an almost carbon copy story except that I had awful vomiting and abdo pain with mtx so had to stop it. Bloods always fine luckily. Imraldi tried and failed once (projectile vomiting) but we tried again and I’ve had a further 6 doses now. More energy for 9/14days but little all else, especially in the way of pain relief. I have review this week and will be strongly pushing for something different. Look up NICE Guidelines. Happy to chat 🙂

I have recently started (3 wks) Rinvoq tablets, not having much effect so far. I have no psoriasis just the arthritis side.Did you get anywhere with your Rheumatologist? x

I have been cursed with PSA for 7 years and have been on Cosentyx for the past 4 years sadly alone this drug wasn’t a fix for my pains so we added Otezla to the mix and these 2 drugs together are what helped me … but I have ok days and terrible days.

Sulfasalazine is poison in my opinion and I will never touch that stuff again.

was only diagnosed earlier this year after years of pain and brush offs. Wax started MTX and then added luflenomide but next month switching to who knows what as coming off both. Getting nervous having read your story and all the replies as if I’m sick it will screw up all my other meds for all my other serious illnesses.
