carnivore diet

Hi,

Has anybody tried the carnivore diet and found positive results. I have been on it for 6 weeks now and noticed improvement in sleep, pain and psoriasis clearing on elbows.

Just wondering if it will continue to improve or if it’s just the elimination of so many foods initially

You need to think about your cholesterol levels since people with psoriasis have a tendency to have high cholesterol.

That's so interesting to know. My cholesterol is raised and I'd no idea why as I don't eat a high cholesterol diet but I wasn't aware of the link to psoriasis!
