Sudden flare up

Hi everyone. I have psoriatic arthritis since I was in college. I’m now 42. It comes and goes but I’ve bin fine for a very long time. But my psoriasis comes and goes. I’ve got another flare up now off my psoriasis suddenly and it’s come on my stomach and my back which is all covered. I’ve not even shown family members what it’s like. It’s started to itch too. Do any other here have it so badly covered on large areas? I can’t obviously put cream on there. I’dput a photo here but it’s too embarrassing

You could try using T-Gel extra strength tar shampoo and use it as a body wash or maybe its time to see a dermatologist.
