Alt has increased to 90, I am worried

My alt is increasing constantly from 60 to 90 (LFT done recently). I am on methotrexate for treatment of psoriasis. Show i continue the treatment because i am really worried for my ALT level

I am taking methotrexate 5mg weekly

I’m also on methotrexate 20g and mine also go high if they go to high hospital will ring u. Can’t u ring your remy team and tell them your concern x

Hello waqaszaidi,

As I understand, your ALT values should be raised 3x normal range to be considered abnormal under MTX treatment.

Can you tell us more about your current situation? Are you taking folic acid? Any other meds for other conditions? Are you overweight? Have you ever taken any liver protection meds?
