Hi, I'm Ali, I live in the North of England. I have 2 beautiful daughters aged 23 and 21 and we all suffer from moderate to severe psoriasis. Looking for advice for psoriasis of the lips 🤔

I am from the North of Northumberland. Welcome

You could try something like butter, I try now not to use steroid creams as they thin the skin.
I now do not use any tar mixtures either and I am now reluctant using any ointments that are supplied with tar in as well.
To shower I sometimes use Aquatious Cream and apply E45 creams and Epedaderm.
When generally bathing I am using Coconut or honey shower jells and the same in the bath. I seem to control skin thinning
Try using natural moisturizers it seems to flake a little after bathing and it seems to feed the skin.
My Psoriasis started over thirty years ago it was a small flake on my hairline as soon as I used steroids the psoriasis spread so that is why I use natural softeners, it seems to prevent raw red patches and thinning, just a suggestion. It may work for you as well although I would not say you would have the same success., it is worth a try
PS Honey is used as an Antiseptic and prevents dirt getting into a wound
