Help finding the rite cream

I have plaque psoriasis in my genital area and on my bum can any 1 help

I found Lotriderm cream helped in these areas, though that was inverse psoriasis, the type that doesn't form plaques. It took a while for the cream to take effect but in the end I was quite impressed as I thought creams often don't work too well on these somewhat moist areas. And steroid cream didn't do much for plaque psoriasis on my legs and the rest of my body.

Are you seeing a dermatologist for this? It can be distressing, how are you doing?

Tbh its doing my head in really irritating. Im waiting to see a dermatologist to get this sorted i have been having sunbeds aswell.

Is it actually plaque psoriasis? My understanding is that plaques don't usually form in moist, warm areas ..... the folds & creases of the body, basically. And so you end up with typical 'inverse' i.e. red, smooth skin that is just as itchy and annoying as plaque psoriasis.

Might be a good idea to get advice about the sunbeds .... the skin of the genital and bum area is pretty sensitive, I'd be cautious.

I too have psoriasis over my buttocks and recently bought a cream recommended on here called Sorion, it calmed it down, soothed the dry skin and stopped the flaking and irritation. It has been excellent, available on Amazon or directly from Germany.

Try Exoderm treatment obtainable from oxylabs.co.za. This is what worked for me after having Psoriasis for 18 yrs and having tried just about everything

I was prescribed tacrolimus ointment for these sensitive areas and it worked really well externally ofcourse. Have you suffered from internal swelling at all I was curious if you have been prescribed anything at all, I s prescribe a hemorrhoid type treatment but doesn't seem to help too much.
