Thank you to someone who posted that they had been using a cream that they got of Amazon my elbows are now clear

Wasn't sure if you were allowed to recommend creme but did c it on here and thought you know what I will give it a try it is called Sorion Creme it is on Amazon it worked for me on certain parts of my body and I have had all sorts of treatments on NHS I don't work for them or have family who work for them they have a Facebook page as well if you want to take a look good luck and let me know how you get on but do as it says and don't rub and rub it in x

Someone recomended caniston cream a few weeks ago she said rub it in with a moisturiser for psoriasis,I had been using hemp oil which was fine, I tried the caniston and she's right,I can hardly beleive it, it's not fabulous but it is the best next to the hemp oil and Doverbet,I've used in years who would have thought it,you still have to keep on top of it but it works, amazing.
