How to get used to smaller meal sizes

Hi there, I recently lost 15kg and am very close to reaching my goal (16% body fat). However, I now face a new challenge - I am used to eating very big meals at a time and cannot get used to the new capacity of my stomach, so to say.

I usually tackle this by preparing all my meals in advance and not eating anything else. However, I travel a lot and every time I'm on the go and don't have meal prep with me I start eating a lot. It usually comes to the point where I'm sick and will almost puke :(. I really don't know how to cope with that, my partner tries to stop me from eating too much but it rarely helps and brings even more frustration and tension between us.

Do you have any tips on how to get used to the new 'normal' and change this bad habit? It brings so much anxiety in me, I start to fear that I will never reach my weight loss goal and maintain it.

Hey there ! I had same concerns of getting in the trap again. But here's what I'm following: I still have to lose 17kg to reach required BMI but that's not what I'm targeting. I target mini goals and trust me it really helps. Like counter to 4 liters of water for one week, 5 fruits in a day for whole week. Keep adding mini goals as habits.

Make small changes by listening to your life style and changes u can manage with your routine. I have made my own routine and what I can manage. everyday I read about NHS guide and check my progress to make me feel ' I could and I did it'.

another thing not everyday I can follow that. Weekends are worst but get back on track as soon as you back on Monday.
