So I’m new here and I just don’t feel good about my body. I have acne, I wish I was skinnier, and I wish I felt better about myself. I see myself in photos and hate how I look

Hi I'm sorry to hear that's how you feel about yourself, I know that feeling very well, I found the NHS 12 week programme on health unlocked and I've never looked back, it is such a friendly forum with lot's of good advice. You will get more responses and help with healthy eating
