Hi I'm new here (Rebekah) - I'm a 5'5 female 230 pounds & any tips on how to get started?
I want to lose weight but not as motivated bad I should be. I personally believe that there's simply no "one size fits all" weight loss plan, as we are ALL different as individuals (with obviously very different bodies/temples) than each other.
Any advise?
P.S. I'm am supposed to be 125-130 (140 would be ideal).
