Hi. I am5'2", mother of 4 and 38yo. I'm stuck at this number of 170lbs for a couple of years now and I exercised and watched what I eat but can't loose weight! It's so frustrating!! I stoped going to gym for abt 2 months now. I feel like giving up. I'm so scared to gain more weight. I cook and I'm careful at what I eat 90% of the time. It's so hard to eat healthy all the time! I am living a very stressful life and sometimes crave unhealthy comfort foods.
Where do I start? I want to loose 20 lbs.
my boyfriend is skinnier then me, it adds to my stress.

The more you stress you body is taking in the access weight and creating fat. I end up waking 6-8 miles 5 times a week 2.30 hours. I started document the calorie intakes of each food that enters my body...
I use three apps I have on my iPod that has helped me to stay on track and in target. After giving birth to my son. I made the effort to exercise more and reduce the stress by find cardio that helps. Then do 20 min of an work out,
I also tracking it by hand is helpful. After documenting it on the app. It helps to keep yourself in track and become disciple about it. Putting things into moderation helps. Be able to drink more water, be able to take in nutrients that you need. But be loving with yourself. When you stress your body is sending messages to the brain that is telling the body to store fat.
Learn to become gentle with yourself because by doing so you can get the results you want. Knowing that your body does change over time your metabolism starts to slow down. So you will have to find what works for you. If you need to find a nutritionist. She or he maybe able to help you to be on a healthy diet regime and give you what you need.
I understand how hard this is. Sometimes what you maybe doing is the wrong diet. Do to your fears of gaining weight you ends up gaining those weight. I see your desires, yeh it seems like your persistence isn't there. Its a wobble, what I mean is it isn't keeping up to the momentum that is needed to keep you persistence and push through the barriers, when you stress or feel discouraged, at times you feel like giving up, but don't. Stay motivated and keep going,
Are you adding trans fat into your foods then that is what happens, when you take in additional sugar and tran fat you are unable to lose the weight. Anyways, best of luck to you. I know you will pass through the obstacles!
