I've climbed on the weight loss bus lots of times, but have always fallen off eventually. In the last 8 months, I've been unable to get and stay motivated for more than a week at a time. Looking for some accountability, experience, and hope!

I am almost at 5 months with bad eating, a work out here and there. I am back up to 188. I used to even feel bad when I ate crappy food or didn't work out, now it seems like a life style. And I don't recognize myself anymore. I am good first couple days, then stop.
