I'm a 26 year old, second degree seeking gal. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, even though I'm a fairly active individual. In high school and even for much of my first undergraduate degree, I didn't really feel very positive about my body/weight. And then I bought a FitBit tracker. I've had it a year and the changes that I've noticed in myself are extraordinary. I've lost 26 lbs in that year and even though I still have bad days, I don't feel the crippling disgust I used to feel any time I looked in the mirror. I'm even signed up for a 5k at the end of this month!
