How do you consider weight to be a problem for you?

Hi everyone!

It's really great to see this community growing and you supporting one another.

Personally, being a young woman I know so many people around me being worried about their weight. However some of them are stressed without no reason, meanwhile others really need to consider their unhealthy and fast food diets.

I want to know more about you guys, what was that point that made you think about your weight as a problem? Is it really a problem or just a willingness to live healthier?
