My experience shows me that we are all different, so the way in which we support our bodies nutritionally must differ too. When I grasped this simple fact, I stopped copying what worked for someone else and focused on getting quick and long-lasting results by changing my diet to suits me and my family. It was life-changing. Comments I make and support I give come from this simple premise.

Totally agree and each individual has different needs. Whilst care pathways are excellent in ensuring that the correct process is in place and followed there should also be understanding of how it works on a 1:1 basis. Too often what works for the majority does not take into account what is best for an individual at that time.
