Hi all! My name is Bev I am 56 and already a member on the healthunlocked weight loss community forum I joined there nearly 6 weeks ago desperate to lose some weight. I started at 17.1 and today am 16.1 so keeping up with the change in lifestyle. I have had a lot of emotional family problems for the past 4 years and ended up in depression but putting that aside I am now on the up so to speak and aiming for a healthier, better future. If I can help anyone along the way and gain some advice back then that will be fantastic. 👍😊
