Does bad news really come in 3’s?

I really am beginning to think 🤔 so. It’s been one of those weeks for me anyway.

Yes I find it tends to myself and also here it's always the way that everything goes wrong at the same time as well!

Yes I think that's part of why that happens.

Yes I think your right. I had a really bad week the week before last. Three things happened nothing major would normally take in my stride but by the 3rd I was ready to throw the towel in. It really got to me & for a few days I was wondering what the point of it all is. Loads of exercise fresh air on my own put me back on track. Just not good with the knocks these days.

Hi Caza Sorry you've been through the mill too, I completely relate to everything you've said and you're right, fresh air and natural surroundings really helps.

In my case a good talking to from a family member and a night's sleep also helped, the weather wasn't great then so missed a little fresh air!
