Its just such a shame my daughter wont even try them, she is 25 so you would think she would give them a go, but no! Be interesting to see if anyone does try them and if they do get any benefit, i'm going to get some even though i'm not a sufferer. Glad you thought it was an interesting read, Ive just bought my mum the book all about medicinal mushrooms, i imagine that to be a good read too. x x

Hi Tamirra

Just had a quick read of the article so might have missed something (so forgive me). Years back a friend of mine took something that stimulated the immune system and made herself very ill when what she needed was something to quieten it down. She has a great sense of humour and tells the story well - but I've always remembered it.

Cheers

Hi Tamirra

I definitely wouldn't want to make it sound like I'm having a go at you.

Anyway - all of us have to read up carefully on anything we take so I wouldn't worry.

One thing I heard was good for neuropathy is Jerusalem Artichokes, but I am on so much medication I'm not every game to bring it up with my doctors!

Cheers

Lesley
