does anyone else have deep vein thrombosis [dvt] and inferior vena cava [ivc] thrombosis

My daughter who has BD has more DVT's than I can remember over the years; I'm not sure what vena cava thromobosis is. Sally takes huge amounts of Warfarin, her INR is tested at least weakly, her dose is generally around 10/12 mls but has been as high as 27 on one occasion.
