Bank Holiday here, yeepee....Everyone still asleep. Peace..

I can actually use my lap top without someone else says give me a shot please..so much easier to type on a key board and not on on screen key board (my sons lap top)p

Bad night last night kept waking up with joint pain and loads of windy pains..and as for the extreme changes in body temp they are killing me especially at night..my sense of smell and taste are shite at the moment too. Would really love a cup of coffee but that means I have to get up go down stairs and make one and for me that is really hard work. How sad does that sound but that is my life these day..pace myself at all things.

At least the sun is shining so that is something to be thankful for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a good day all xx
