Hello, I just wondered if anyone has experienced problems with nasal dryness?

I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2009. This diagnosis was queried in 2011 and Bechets a real possibility. I do not have all the characteristics but I do have mouth and genital ulceration, joint swelling and fatigue. Last month I got nasal sores. When they cleared I suffered with bloody snot and headaches, ear popping. My GP suggested nasal ablation which I did for five days then stopped as it was just pure blood and clots.I have had 8 days of nosebleeds. They start and stop. Yesterday during a respiratory appointment and my nose bleed so much I was sent to A&E. The ENT registrar said there were tears in my nasal cavity caused by severe dryness which he felt was another sign of Bechets? He cauterised my nose in three places. I wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Thank you so much. Sadly my GP put it down to anxiety and refused to see me three times l am just relieved the bleeding has stopped at last xx
