Hi sam0501,

clinicaltrials.gov is a good starting point for people in any country.

For clinical trials in the UK for BD (1 study available, but hasn't started recruiting yet):

clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/resu...

For clinical trials in the US for BD (4 studies listed, 3 are recruiting pts, and one hasn't started yet)

clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/resu...

You can also try asking your country's BD treatment center (if there is one), and BD patient organizations.
