Has anyone been diagnosed with this? If so. What has helped the most? Thanks in advance.

Yes. To leave the water damaged building I was living in. Change my diet to low histamine only. No grain including corn. No nuts and seeds during recovery. No ferments. No dairy. Add homemade bone broth. Eat mainly low histamine vegetables and therefore loads of them. Sea salt main meal. Increase water. Exercise. Infrared saunas. Massage. Spiritual healing by making intentional choices to love yourself and nurture yourself to heal.

If microbial contamination from a water was the triggering event then Cromolyn is amazing.

Thanks so much for your response. Did you notice with the sauna that you itched or your joints locked? I have tried this twice and it seems my sxs got worse.

Also with exercise. I understand the importance but always seem to flare. Thoughts around that as well?

If you tried H1 or H2 how did you get ones without fillers?

Thanks!!

Saunas can be tricky, so you can start low and build up.... But you'd need to be in an infrared sauna, I cannot take the microbial load in a wet sauna and I would expect a definite exhibition of symptoms. So dry heat only and good air quality.

Exercise? I find the best is power walking or a light jog, but I stay very low to the ground. Start lower and build up, you can do it in shops, playing Pokemon Go etc.

Zyrtec in a liquid capsule is pure with no excipients.

Not what you're looking for?
