Looking for advice on meds and where to go next

Hi everyone,

I just saw my rheumatologist who wanted to switch my meds up a bit as he no longer wanted me on prednisone (only wants me to use it when necessary) I had been taking it everyday for 10 months, but I was starting to get severe brain fog..

long story short, since being off of it my mind feels way more clear, but I’m flaring again and living off of soup. I currently have 6 ulcers in my mouth... everytime he’s tried to take me off this happens.. I’m getting frustrated.

I’m also taking 1 60 mg tablet of Colchicine

1.5 50mg tablets of azathioprine and 10mg of folic acid once a week.

Otezla works great for mouth ulcers. I took it. I had a reaction due to migraines and it caused awful diarrhea and nausea for me. Some though don’t have any reaction and have amazing results.
