Has anyone else tried this. I have had 2 sessions now and it has really helped with my sleeping, pains, and my energy levels.

Yes, I Have done Thai Massage which looks like the same 🤷🏼‍♀️and I know it really helped me, so does Yin Yoga and works in the connective tissue and it’s all deep stretching.I also have done cupping and Qua Sha

Accupunture (I like it better with a Chinese Acupuncturist) I have 2 different styles one was a functional Medicine/Acupuncturist.

I have been in a continuous flare and finally have the rheumatologist agreeing that it’s Behcet’s and I am getting put on medication. (See my prior posts)

Feel free to ask me about anything I’ve mentioned..
