Azathioprine and pregnancy

Has anyone experienced taking Azathioprine whilst pregnant? I’m 10 weeks gone now and I did stop taking my medication but my consultant is adamant that it won’t cause the baby any harm. I was taking 75mg but he said I can lower it to 50mg.

Hi,

I am male but I did read that whilst taking medicine it is not healthy for reproduction so I myself am considering coming off of everything soon in particular the ones more likely to have an affect. I take prednisone 10mg Azathioprine 150mg Coclhicine 1tab or two depending how I feel but tbh I feel great with nothing as today I have had nothing as yet!
