I used to be able to clean the house, do the laundry, fix dinner, pay the bills, etc. Now, I get confused as to what I am even supposed to do.....and then I feel as though I just 'spin my wheels all day' and get nothing accomplished.....and still feel so exhausted!

Getting things done!
You’re not alone I do the same thing. My house used to be spotless, now it’s not.
I hate this disease!!!!
It isn’t just the house. I feel like the thoughts in my head are all ‘jumbled’..... and I used to be SO organized and did EVERYTHING with no issues. It is just beyond frustrating because nobody understands the overwhelming and constant fatigue. My husband is THE BEST, but he HAS to be getting tired of a wife who doesn’t have the energy to go out of the house and have a good time like we did ‘pre Behcet’s. I was walking 2 miles a day, but now I don’t even have the strength or energy for that. Our daughter is getting married in July. I am just praying that I will feel well enough to make it through all of the festivities. I hate when people feel sorry for me or become overly concerned..... especially around the wedding, as the focus should be in the BRIDE... not her MOTHER. I know the more I worry about it the worse it gets, but that is easier said than done! I also have fibromyalgia, chronic migraine, sweets syndrome, institional (wrong spelling!) cystitis, IBS-C, depression, anxiety.... I think I will stop with those!
Thanks for your response. It really does help to know that there is at least one person out there who understands my frustration.
Yes my BD sister I understand.
I am always exhausted it doesn’t matter how much I sleep, and it’s usually interrupted by pain. So I never feel like doing anything. I’ve missed so many things because of this disease.
I too suffer from migraines, Sjogren’s disease, arthritis and Behcets causing tendon pain.
Father’s Day is this weekend and if I still feel the way I feel today I won’t be going to dinner with my husband & daughter.
I wish I could get an answer if Behcets causes tendon inflammation because that’s what causes the most pain for me.
I’ll be praying you’re able to get relief and enjoy your daughter’s wedding festivities!
