Infliximab frequency

Hello,

I have a query that some of you might be able to help me with. ..

I've been having infliximab infusions every 6 weeks for over 12 months now. I'm wondering if anyone else has them this frequent?

Hi Beth, I had inflixmab infusions every 6 weeks for well over a year and have to admit it was the best I have ever felt. I have since moved to Australia and they dont offer it hear such a pity as my joints are really acting up again.

I have it every 8 week and it's almost been a year since I started it! X

I have infliximab infusions every 4 weeks for 2 yrs ... so far so good!

I have the infusions every other week. I got some relief having them every month for a year, but was still pretty symptomatic. I've been having the infusions every two weeks for a year now, and though not normal, it is the best I have felt in 6 years!

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience with infliximab! I don't have access to this med (yet) and I'm hopping much from it.

One question: when one says infliximab work on him/her, does it mean fatigue goes away too or is it just about the skin/genitals/neuro problems that disappear?
