Hi know what you mean and wish we could. Why fix it if I t ain't broken!!!!
I guess it's technology moving on, but I do think they forget who is using these sites. It is people with illness, who can't always grasp new ideas, formats etc due to there symptoms or meds and who find change quite difficult. This is the third change in as many years and the question needs to be asked are they doing this for us or for themselves???

You might be able to......you can ask by clicking on the green lightbulb icon down on your righthand side. I have loaded it on my smartphone because I am away but haven'tried it on my laptop yet.
Have been reporting problems such as editing doesnt work and the community only button doesn't work.
Probably be the same carry on as lastvtime though.

What's all this pick and bloody subscribe business - I just want to ask a bloody question! FFS. Aaaaaaaaaagh. Been up all night, can you tell.
And this is what I said - I should not write having been up all night I suppose. But I am cross:
I have swapped over to the new layout, which is appalling but I can learn to live with that. More importantly, it is not secure. I have posted a very long and very personally detailed piece only to discover that the community only button does not work on this new generation of health unlocked. Why on earth did you fix what wasn't broken and why on earth did you not think of the end user before you went prettying up the place. Do I sound angry? Good, cos I am, and I am the most laid back person under usual circumstances. My privacy has been breached and my personal details are now out there for the whole world wide web to see. Could you fix it please and put me back on the old format.

Dont blame you....if you click on the green lightbulb right at the bottom it says "send us a message" click on that and it takes you to another page to send a message direct to healthunlocked. I reported the privacy button not working properly and they emailed me back pretty quickly. If enough of us moan about it they might sort it.
In the meantime I would suggest anyone that HASN'T updated yet shouldn't until this issue is sorted.
Those of us who have updated wiill have to be careful wot we reply to.
That's why I warned everyone before.

I am just an old dinosaur and didn't accept the invitation to change. From all your comments, I am glad I didn't. I am no computer whizz kid, just an OAP trying to keep in touch with people in a similar situation to mine. There, that is my rant over!!!
Hi everyone, I've just switched back to the old format accidentally but I'm happy I have. I did it by going into settings on my i phone and deleting cookies... I then had to re enter my password for forum and back came the old version. Hope this works for others x
But I'm on my pc, I spose there will be a work round - thanks, I'll give it a go and let you know!
