Hi I was wondering if u could help me I'm a little worried that the head of my penis is tender and a little saw and looking red? Have I got a STI or sommit?.

Hi,

There are lots of causes for redness and soreness at the tip of the penis. These include soap irritations, fungal infections "thrush", friction injuries and STIs.

Best to get a sexual health doctor to look at it and get tested for STI's, I'd also suggest you start using a sensitive shower gel like sanex as a lot of these symptoms can be down to irritations from shower gels.
