Hi, I am trying to get rid of this trush once and forever. Every 3-4 months keeps coming back, what do I need to do? I know which treatment to take but after few moths I have it againg. Do I need to see a doctor? Thanks in advance

Yes. Do insist on being seen and diagnosed properly. My GP kept saying it was thrush when in fact it was lichen sclerosis and I have lost a lot of anatomy by missing the real diagnosis.
Are you diabetic by any chance? High sugars can cause recurrent Thrush. My dr now prescribes me one Thrush tablet weekly to prevent it
Multiple posts about this here before. Number one is to establish a firm and correct diagnosis proven by laboratory tests, history and examination. Then to differentiate between recurrent and persistent candida if present.
If you are in the UK, a sexual health clinic would be the best option to explore this.
