been on mini pill now 4months and it calmed pain now a lot i don’t get heavy bleed just a lot of pelvic pain womb area now i get little spotting now and then but every time i get it i get pain where middle lower pelvic anymore know why this can be

You would need a full history and examination +/- tests to establish the possible cause of pelvic pain. I see you have a possible diagnosis of endometriosis and this could be the cause of some pelvic discomfort when you have a bleed.

it’s more bad without a bleed i’ve had scans and on list for lap but long wait
