Hi all , I have been to my GP around 3 years ago but I still have issues with spots at the base of my penis the doctor at the time said they were blocked glands ? and they would more than likely to go away in time and not to worry but they are still here and slightly bigger can any one advise please

You might get a more accurate diagnosis if you attend a sexual health clinic.
Agree with xsevenx, those are definitely not blocked glands and may be HPV. You should attend a sexual health service.
