I’m trying to get pregnant now for 4 months and I’m still not pregnant. Every time I have sex I don’t go to the toilet for hours after but it still comes out even if I don’t go to the toilet it would just come out in my knickers.

The average time to conceive for women is 8 months , so you are well within this. Are you taking folic acid ?
Yes I am and I’m taking vitamin b and my boyfriend is taking folic acid and zinc
that's great 
if a couple don't conceive themselves by 1 year then you can approach the GP for further investigation on the NHS.
When I was trying to conceive it took about 5 months I took zinc supplements and gave up drinking in the last month and conceived as beautiful healthy baby girl. Good luck
