Random pain after an orgasm

Goodmorning, thanks for reading my post! I posted on pain concern but wanted to repost to hopefully reach someone who has experienced something similar.

5 months back, in the week leading up to my menstrual cycle, I had an orgasm and it left me in a 15 minute attack of pain in my abdomen and pelvic region. Extreme cramping sensation — a replication of my period pains but turned up by 100. This happened the month next but then two cycles passed and I experienced no pain (before or after my cycle, after sex or orgasm etc) and this 5th month it has happened again.

I have booked in with the sexual health clinic for the morning but I’m curious if anyone has anyone experienced anything similar. I appreciate your patience, I’m 19 and have never experienced anything like this before.
