I am not sure what substances would be in the hair gel - you would need to look at the ingredients , and then check if any of these are known to cause a problem with condoms.

If you received oral sex wearing a condom , there should be zero chance of sti transmission

`If you are "milking " it and trying to express fluid then it could be normal. If the fluid is coming out spontaneously without trying, it could be discharge and you should attend a sexual health clinic .

Thanks. Fluid only seen when I milked penis. There is no fluid spontaneous leaking out.
