During intercourse I last hardly less than 30 seconds. As long as I enter inside my partner, I release myself.

However, during the second attempt I usually go up to 5 to 20 minutes. I'm now confused. When I see online video lectures (on youtube) or related stuff on the online websites, some says it is a sign of PE. Whereas, some says it's common. And, as long as my second attempt is successful I should not worry about it. I'd appreciate any expert's suggestions.

Also, it's been now more than 7 months since I'm in a relationship. I'd say, in a week we have sex at least twice (usually) but my partner is not getting pregnant. I'm a healthy guy with a good and strong physique (I do weights and martial arts). But still, I don't see any success in this process.

I'd also like to mention here that I have never had sex in the past, so, according to some available information over the internet, it may also happens due to excitement. PLEASE, YOUR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

Your early ejaculation is not necessarily why you and your partner haven't conceived yet - average time is 8 months .

Galen, thanks for the reply. And what do you think if the first round is less than 30 seconds and the second one goes up to 10, or maybe 15... Should I still be worried about premature ejaculation? Or, is it normal and will get better with the time?

Less than a minute I think is defined as PE. If subsequent sexual events are ok, that's encouraging. I would advised you to read the NHS information and there are many good internet resources about PE.

Yes, I've been doing that. But it says to practice some start/stop technique and squeeze technique. I'd do it, maybe that'd increase the duration.
