Apologies for posting again but I have some new symptoms.

Basically I received oral sex only and have been majorly worried I caught std.

Tested for all and negative however in recent months have had a burning sensation at the start of urination.

I have also had really sore achy sensation in chest, upper back and my arms, legs and feet feel really stiff and sore.

Read online reactive arthritis that you can get from std is a thing and I’m now worried about that.

Anyone got any experience of reactive arthritis or burning pee with all std tests negative?

tests negative but the symptoms are real.. no one believes , this is the problem of many..

Reiters syndrome is usually a mono arthritis ie one joint affected. We have gone over your symptoms and tests previously 2 months ago -

"If you are UK based, you could attend a sexual health screening for intra urethral microscopy to assess for urethritis. However you have already have tests not done routinely in NHS clinics such as mycoplasma and ureaplasma. You may have STI related anxiety ."

This advice still stands.

I have taken another urine test to confirm.

Do you know if trichonomas and micoplasma can be transmitted orally, from mouth to penis?

I’ve read mixed messages online.

trichomonas is an absolute no. Its only exists in the vagina in women, and transiently in men . Mycoplasma I am unsure that research has been done into oral transmission, but you had a test already that was negative.

I was taking an antibiotic at the time and I’m worried it may have affected the result. The dr said it wouldn’t....

Ok and is there any std that makes you itchy in the scrotum area. It’s not my penis but my anogenital region....I’ve had this for several months. Just wondering if there is any std that gives you itchy skin in this area?

The only one would be scabies , there is an over the counters treatment for that. It is more likely this is a genital skin condition and using moisturisers and a mild topical steroid like hydrocortisone would help. However attending a sexual health clinic for examination ( if in the UK ) would be another option.
