Bleeding with the combined pill?

So I’ve been on maexeni combined pill for almost 3 months. The first few weeks I had side effects but they went away again after a while. For the past over 2 weeks though I have been bleeding everyday and having cramps. I haven’t had a pill break yet and was planning on taking it after I finish a pack of pills I.e every 3 months. Is this bleeding normal? It’s not as heavy as a period but there are sometimes clots.

If you are taking it with a bleed approximately every 9 weeks, then yes this can happen. I presume you have had sti testing, and taking your pills correctly. If the tummy pain is significant , it may be worth checking a pregnancy test.
