Reliable U.K HSV2 blood test MHRA ?!

Please help!. I am 99.9% sure i have HSV2 (Genital Herpes) of septum/sinus, airway, throat etc, yet can not access reliable test to prove it. I am becoming depressed and desperate. Microbiology rejected my G.P request for antibody test (wasted my blood taken/sent). Only test i am offered is swab test yet if lesions not visible (inaccessible) am left undiagnosed, debilitating ear, eye, nose & throat issues. I feel i am internally riddled with HSV2 have managed to get hold of acyclovir as (initially) felt i may have shingles. Suddenly found my sinus issues improved, this why i believe i have HSV2 ENT issue. I also recall (possible) exposure to HSV2 (orally) years ago. FDA seem to have reliable antibody test available. MHRA have just (seemingly) left me hanging. I am desperate for advice, please help. I am attaching pic of (apparent) fda approved tests. I hope to speak to G.P again tomorrow, though they seem unable help. Does anyone know if there is recognised U.K blood test that can help diagnose me?, please?.

Theresa why don't you approach a private GP to request the test through them. It will cost money, but I don't think an NHS GP will order this for you. If you did have antibodies to HSV 2 , its doesn't necessarily explain your symptoms - in fact , remember it is HSV 1 that is more associated with perioral and facial herpes etc. Herpes episodes happen in outbreaks and not on a permanent, day to day basis . I think there may be other causes of your symptoms and you should discuss this with your GP or an ENT specialist.
