Breast pain on Cerazette

I started taking Cerazette to manage endometriosis symptoms and also for birth control three weeks ago. I have developed the most awful pain in my breasts and nipples, has anyone else experienced this? Should I stick with it and hope this issue resolves or throw in the towel as they are so painful.

Breast tenderness ( mastalgia ) can occur with progestogens, if it doesn't settle, discuss further with the POP provider
