So I just found out I have chlamydia (genital) I let the guy I had sex with know but I also gave Oral to a guy at a similar time do I need to let him know ?

Yes you should let all your recent sexual partners know. In answer to your other post it is normal to test the throat at the same time which if you did then if that result was negative then that is the result but if you didn't get your throat tested at the same time then you should assume that it is positive for letting sexual partners know. You should also discuss it with your sexual health clinic as you may either need to test it or possibly get extra treatment.
