Penis white discharge

Please i need help ermm...i had sex with agirl and we did the cow girl thing but it was painful she was literally breaking my dick so i had to stop her and go for the doggy style but the sex was just painful so i had to stuff and for some days i felt the pain my urination was painful but they all stop....recently i started having some white discharge from my penis and am scared i dont know what it is...i thought its an infection so i started self medication with an antibiotic amoxicillin 500mg twice a day morning and evening...please help me what do you think might be wrong?

Penile discharge and painful urination following unprotected sex with a new partner would suggest a sexually transmitted infection, such as gonorrhoea or chlamydia. If you live in the UK, contact your local sexual health clinic (Google) and request an urgent appointment. Many clinics have appointment slots reserved for patients with symptoms, so there is a chance you could be seen on the same day. Hold your urine (don't pee) for at least an hour or so before your appointed time. Antibiotics can affect the test results, so stop taking amoxicillin if you'll be seen in the next 48h.
