I have been taking the progesterone only pill no side effects that truly effect me only the fact my hair has been falling out and thinning is their something I can do to prevent this, because everything else is so good. I was on a combined pill and I had bad symptoms such as heart palpitations and nausea and this pill is so good.

If this is genuinely due to the POP, I'm afraid your only option is to go back to the person that prescribed it and consider other options such as an IUD or IUS. Or a different progestogen, although it may be a class effect ( as in would happen with any progestogens ). You can get hair loss with other conditions such as hyperthyroidism , so you should really have a chat with someone about this.
