Recurring thursh
Thrush or candida has absolutely nothing to do with hygiene. When you say you "keep getting thrush " could you describe your symptoms ?
Just external itching and sometimes thick discharge that doesn’t smell
Dear CeeCee,
In addition to describing your symptoms, can you also tell us if you've noticed a particular pattern to your "thrush"; e.g. is it related to your periods (cyclical) or after sex, etc?

Hi I think after sex sometimes my vagina will have small rips when I am having sex due to my vagina no bring very lubricated
OK, thank you. Sounds like thrush, but if possible try to get this confirmed with a vaginal swab taken in a sexual health or family planning clinic when you attend for an STD screen, once restrictions are lifted.
Hi I did that today
Do you have any symptoms like discharge etc? As it might be trichomoniasis
Yes I have discharge and itching but the discharge is not as thick as thursh normally would be it is kind of runny
Sometimes guys can get thrush and they need to take a fluconzoke and yes if he doesn’t have good hygiene it can affect u as his sweat and buildup can imbalance ur vagina.
He needs to put some clotrimizole cream and take a thrush antibiotic. Don’t have sex for a few days when u get treated, if his hygiene is that bad I would talk to him about it.
And if ur not lubricated use lube or make sure u do things before.(fore play)
