Is it possible to get pregnant after your period ?

I had sex with my partner on the 11th and my period started on the 15th

I would say it’s highly unlikely.. was your period shorter than normal ?

The length of your period doesn't really make a difference - unless what very short and light , as some women may have a light bleed in early pregnancy , from a risk earlier in the cycle. If since your last period this is the only risk , the sex on the 11th, and your period started 4 days later, this suggests it was very late in your cycle, and the risk of an egg being present ( ovulation ) was low. This usually occurs days 14-16 in the cycle , counted from the first day of your last period, which is day 1. So sex after day 16 is low risk.

Have you considered your ongoing contraception ?

I've been told it's likely it can happen because your more fertile just before and just after your period. I would just air on the side of caution, you can wait until next period then if that doesn't come I'd be taking a test as that would be over 4 weeks or so.
